Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing and using Crown Racer ("the Game"), developed for watchOS.
By purchasing, downloading, and using Crown Racer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or download the Game.
1. License to Use
Upon purchasing Crown Racer, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game on your personal Apple Watch device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
2. Pricing
Crown Racer is a paid game available via the Apple App Store. We reserve the right to change the price of the Game at any time. Price changes will not affect users who have already purchased the game.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through Apple's payment system, and all purchases are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies. We do not handle payments directly and are not responsible for refunds or payment disputes.
4. Offline Game
Crown Racer is an offline game and does not require an internet connection after installation. No online features or connectivity is required or available.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Crown Racer does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or user information. The Game operates entirely offline without data tracking or analytics.
6. User Conduct
By using Crown Racer, you agree to:
- Not use the Game in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
- Not modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.
- Not distribute or transfer the Game to others without explicit authorization.
